Graduation Guide

You've grown, achieved, and shown your Pride every step of the way, and now graduation is closer than ever. Before you walk the stage, take these steps to finish strong and celebrate your success with confidence.

Be sure to submit your graduation application! Every student finishing their degree must apply for graduation, even if you don't plan to attend the commencement ceremony. It's the final step toward officially earning your degree.

The graduation application for Fall 2026 will be open from August 27 – October 2, 2026.

Important Notes

  • The graduation office communicates with students via LeoMail regarding graduation throughout the semester. Please make sure you thoroughly read all emails from us.
  • If you intend to “walk” in the ceremony, you are expected to do so in the same semester your degree requirements will be met. We do not allow students to walk in an earlier or later semester.
  • Participation in the ceremony does not guarantee that your degree will be conferred.
  • Undergraduates and graduates should email [email protected] for any general graduation-related questions.
  • Master’s students should email [email protected] for questions specifically related to graduate level courses and DegreeWorks issues.
  • Please include your CWID on all correspondence.
