The Leadership, Drum Major & Color Guard Camp 2026 is designed to provide an engaging, structured, and supportive camp experience from arrival through departure. Families can expect a smooth check-in process on Sunday, June 14, followed by several days of instruction, rehearsals, and activities across campus. The camp concludes on Wednesday evening with final performances and checkout procedures, with an optional late departure available Thursday morning.

- When entering the Rayburn Student Center, please leave instruments, luggage and bedding in your vehicle, as there is insufficient space in that area for these items.
- All final payments must be made during registration before you will be admitted to camp.
- Both required forms should have been completed online prior to your arrival on campus (Talent Release, Medical Treatment Release/Assumption of Risk Release).
- Once you have completed registration, move immediately to your assigned residence hall (Phase II Residence Hall).

- All campers will be led back to their housing (on foot) by camp staff following the closing of camp. Parents/Guardians may pick up their camper once they have been checked out of their room by ETAMU camp staff members.
- Students will not have time to shower following the performance. The residence hall must be reset for the next camp.
