University Brand Guidelines: ET Heritage Mark

ET marks are not part of the university's primary official brand expression. They may continue to be used selectively in athletics, alumni engagement, approved merchandise and licensing, and other contexts in which their heritage or spirit value is appropriate.

Within the broader identity system, the ET marks should occupy the same secondary visual and identity space as the Lion Made spirit badges. They should function am supporting spirit or affinity graphics rather than as substitutes for the official university logo or the primary Lion Made brand expression.

ET marks may not be combined with the university wordmark, locked up with college, division, department or program names, or used to create endorsed logos. They must remain standalone secondary spirit or affinity graphics and may never substitute for an approved university or endorsed logo.

ET marks should never be used in conjunction with the other spirit badges as to not confuse the brand.
