Registrar: Verification of Enrollment

East Texas A&M University processes student enrollment verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse. Student enrollment data will be reported to the National Student Clearinghouse four times during the semester: pre-semester, after the census date, mid-semester and at the end of the semester. Verifications of Enrollment, Degree and/or Non-Attendance can be requested from the Office of the Registrar.

After a semester’s census date, students may obtain an enrollment verification through their myLEO portal by going to Apps and clicking on the icon View or Print Enrollment Certificates. A valid Social Security Number must be on file to access.

When is Census Day?

  • Fall and Spring Terms: 12th class day
  • Summer Terms: 4th class day
  • Mini Terms: 2nd class day
