Faculty Advisory Council: Faculty Advisory Council Members

The Faculty Advisory Council consists of 25 members, comprised of appointed members and elected members.

• 7 Appointed Members
  • Appointed members serve 1-year terms.
  • The University President will appoint one representative from each college/library for a total of seven appointed members.
  • Council officers, consisting of the Presiding Officer (President), Associate Presiding Officer (Vice-President), and Secretary, are appointed by the University President.
• 18 Elected Members
  • Elected members serve 2-year, staggered terms.
  • A total of 18 elected members will represent each college/library.

Member terms are based on a calendar year with service from January through December.
