Welcome to East Texas A&M University! Whether you’re a first-year student or a senior preparing to graduate, we’re so glad you’re here!
With award-winning academic programs, world-class professors and supportive academic resources and career services, East Texas A&M University is ready to help you prepare for your successful future.
This year, consider joining a student organization (there are more than 100 to choose from) or attend an exciting campus event. When you step out on campus and engage with your classmates, you can find new friends, gain leadership skills and have some fun!
Remember: When you face challenges, whether academic or personal, please ask for help. The Counseling Center, Student Health Center and Office of Student Advocacy and Support are just a few supportive services provided just for you.

Discover East Texas A&M

In November 2024, we changed our name from Texas A&M University-Commerce to East Texas A&M University. Our new name celebrates our East Texas heritage and connects us to the communities we serve.
