How do you help students at East Texas A&M University?

As a recent graduate, I understand the daily lives of undergraduate student employees and our student recreation program users. I hope to use this experience to tailor an experience that students want to utilize, and be a supervisor who helps student employees gain new skills.

How do you like to stay active?

Hiking, kayaking, fishing, video games, and comic books

What do you like most about your career in Campus Recreation?

Campus Recreation is a unique field that enables professionals to interact directly with students daily. As professionals, we can guide and mentor student employees and recreational space users. I enjoy being physically active at work and connecting with students and staff regularly.

What else would you like to share about yourself or your East Texas A&M University experience?

As a student employee at Utah State University, I had the opportunity to gain responsibility and leadership experience. This translated well into a professional career at East Texas A&M. I am excited to bring my experience and perspective here to help this program grow and develop.
