Student Funding Options: Payment Plans
During the fall and spring semesters, tuition/fees and housing may be paid in full or through installments. Students can sign up for the installment payment option online through LeoPay. A student selecting the installment payment plan will be charged a $35 installment fee. Please be aware that changes in class schedules or changes in housing/meal plans may affect payment amounts.
Payments Explained
An initial payment equating to 5% of your semester charges is due at enrollment along with the $35 installment fee. Four subsequent payments, each equating to 23.75% of your semester charges will be due monthly during the semester. Please refer to the Critical Dates page for payment due dates in any given semester. A $25 late fee is assessed on past due balances after each payment date.

Terms and Conditions
When you elect to pay your tuition in installments, you agree to the terms and conditions of East Texas A&M University Policy Number II S I, Tuition and Fees Installment Payment Plan which states in Paragraph c:
A student who fails to make full payment of tuition and fees including any incidental fees by the due date may be prohibited from registering for classes until full payment is made. A student who fails to make their payment prior to the end of the semester may be denied credit for the work done that semester.
The installment payment plan is not available during summer and mini terms. Each summer and mini semester is assessed separately with different payment deadlines. Tuition/fees for summer and mini-terms must be paid in full prior to the start of each semester.
