Before participating in any Honors College events, camps, or travel, all students must complete the required forms. These forms help ensure your safety, provide necessary authorizations, and allow us to plan appropriately for transportation and event logistics. Please review and submit each form as indicated to stay compliant and prepared.

All participants in events or camps must sign this waiver.
