Funding Guide: Graduate Student Travel Support

Funding is available for graduate students attending and presenting research at conferences within the United States.

Students interested in funding will submit the request form with required documentation and, once travel is completed, the student will initiate the expense reimbursement process by submitting the completed travel form and required documents.

Reimbursement for expenses will be completed by your academic department. As part of the reimbursement process, you must provide itemized receipts for all travel-related expenses to your department’s administrative assistant.
