Guide to Year-End Giving

Thank you for your interest in making a year-end gift to East Texas A&M University. Your generosity helps strengthen our programs, support our students, and ensure a bright future for our Lion community.

During the winter recess, the Gift Administration Office will process credit card gifts and checks received via U.S. Mail, as well as credit card gifts made by phone, intermittently from Wednesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 31, 2025, until noon (903.886.5712).

Checks should be made payable to East Texas A&M University Foundation. Please include a note indicating how you would like your gift to be used (you may also write this on the check's memo line). Checks should be mailed to:
