Guide to Year‑End Giving

Thank you for your interest in making a year-end gift to East Texas A&M University! Your generosity helps strengthen our programs, support our students, and ensure a bright future for our Lion community. During winter recess, the Philanthropy Operations Office will be available 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Dec. 31, 2025, to process year-end gifts received via phone or U.S. Mail.

TO MAKE YOUR YEAR-END GIFT, CHOOSE ONE OF THE METHODS BELOW:

• Mail: Make check payable to East Texas A&M University Foundation and mail* to the address below. Please include a note with your gift designation (you may also use the check’s memo line):

*Envelope must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2025, to be recorded as a 2025 gift.

• Stock: If you’re interested in donating via stock transfer, please complete this Stock Transfer Notification Form. Notify your broker/financial institution to initiate the transfer no later than Dec. 18, 2025. Learn more about giving via stock or mutual funds.

• Wire Transfer: If you’re interested in donating via wire, please complete this Wire Transfer Notification Form. Notify your financial institution to initiate the transfer no later than Dec. 26, 2025.
