ETAMU’s Urban and Sustainable Agriculture Program Featured in New Promotional Video

In the latest installment of East Texas A&M University's “Beyond the Lab” video series, focusing on research activity at the university, the Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems program takes center stage.

Housed in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, the program provides students with a comprehensive overview of the principles of sustainable agriculture through ecological, economic, social, and ethical perspectives. Students gain the classroom instruction and hands-on learning needed to pursue a variety of in-demand agricultural careers.

In the video, East Texas A&M graduate student Joshua Osuch explains some of the research he and other students and faculty are undertaking at the university's greenhouse.
