Kimberley Morgan-Thompson

College Life Coach

Kimberley has been instrumental in supporting students within the Texas A&M University System since 2017, currently serving as a College Life Coach at East Texas A&M University. Before her role at East Texas, Kimberley accumulated over 20 years of experience as a Director of Student Affairs, where she successfully managed teams and developed collaborative initiatives across college and university campuses. Her primary focus was on enhancing student retention, with particular emphasis on first-year and transfer students. Additionally, she has contributed to student development through her instruction in Professional and Career Development courses.

Kimberley holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, reflecting her dedication to educational leadership and student success.
