Supportive Services for Employees
| Informal Conversations | Employees are encouraged to resolve issues through open, respectful communication with the involved parties or supervisors whenever possible. |
| Contact Employee Relations | If informal efforts do not resolve the concern, reach out to the Employee Relations Administrator for additional guidance and support at [email protected]. |
| Formal Complaint | While informal resolution is encouraged, employees may file a formal complaint at any time, even without first pursuing an informal approach. |
