How do you help students in your current role?
As an Onboarding Specialist, I get the opportunity to help students enroll in our program and celebrate their decision for growth. I help students navigate our enrollment and registration process, answering any question they have along the way. Whether it’s addressing concerns or providing reassurance, I am here to support them and ensure that every piece of the puzzle falls into place seamlessly. I get the opportunity to walk students over any barrier that they need to cross. By the time they officially join our program, I want them to feel excited, confident, and empowered in their decision to move forward.
What is an important life lesson you've learned?
Success is not linear. No amount of planning or preparation can guarantee a smooth path. Setbacks are actually the building blocks of creativity and growth—and without them, there's no evolution. Pushing myself to the next level, whether in life or my career, often brings discomfort, but it’s in that discomfort that real success is born!
