Catherine Cockrell’s background is in information technology, management consulting, and human resource development, with an ability to assist in solving business challenges. She earned a doctorate in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and is a member of the Academy of Human Resource Development. Catherine’s research interests in this area include teams and team effectiveness, leadership, and organizational development.
She also earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Catherine is a proven leader in demonstrating innovative business results in multiple industries, including retail, supply chain, education and healthcare. Her experience includes strategy planning for retail, marketing, digital and e-commerce business solutions. Catherine’s general management experience allows her to develop and mentor junior-level project managers.
