Compliance Resources, Policies, Procedures and Statements: Training

Adequate Education and Training For Those Who Are Responsible

Interactive training should be done on a regular basis to keep employees up to date with new laws or regulations that will have an impact in their areas (based on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines).

Compliance training is offered to individuals responsible for oversight of the risk mitigation process through professional webinars, in-classroom training sessions, informational flyers, and attendance at professional seminars and conferences (i.e., NCAA, Title IX and Clery Act).

On an equal note, all employees of The Texas A&M University System have access to Train Traq, learning management system (LMS). Train Traq is used to assign, monitor and verify employee mandated training and can be accessed through Single Sign On (SSO). Train Traq is also used as an additional source of “free” compliance related training.

Below is a list of compliance related courses which can be accessed through Train Traq.
