TAMUC Institute of Competency-Based Education Referenced in Calgary Herald

A recent article in the Calgary Herald introduced a new competency-based education (CBE) program at Bow Valley College in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In the article, Carlos Rivers, executive director for the Institute of Competency-Based Education at A&M-Commerce, affirmed that CBE programs at A&M-Commerce effectively reduce time and cost for adult learners who return to college to complete their degrees.
