Lion Softball Releases Fall Schedule, Hosts Oklahoma on October 7

The East Texas A&M University softball team has released its fall 2025 schedule, hosting perennial power Oklahoma in Commerce for the second year in a row.

The Lions host six opponents at the John Cain Family Softball Field this fall, highlighted by the Sooners visiting Commerce on October 7. All games are 10-inning games and free admission except for the game against Oklahoma.

SEASON TICKETS ON SALE NOW

Season tickets for the 2026 season are on sale now. East Texas A&M has hosted over 29 home games in each of the last two seasons, being among the leaders in Division I for total number of home games. The Lions will again host three non-conference tournaments to begin the 2026 season.

OKLAHOMA GAME TICKET POLICY

The Oklahoma game on October 7 is included in all new and renewed 2025 season tickets, and as part of the All Lions All-In pass.

Should single-game tickets for the Oklahoma game remain available, they will be available for purchase to the public beginning September 30. Prior to this date, priority access will be provided to Lions Athletics Scholarship Fund donors.

FALL SCHEDULE

The Lions start the fall season against the Sooners on October 7 at 6 p.m., followed by a game against Trinity Valley Community College on October 8.

After a two-week break, the Lions host Kilgore College on October 21, Tyler Junior College on October 22, and then close out the fall schedule against Paris Junior College on October 28 and Carl Albert State on October 29.

The full spring 2026 schedule will be released later this fall.
