East Texas A&M Named Among TIME’s Top 500 Colleges
East Texas A&M University made the inaugural list of TIME's America's Best Colleges of 2026-2027, earning a place among 500 institutions included in the publication's first national ranking.
TIME partnered with the data research firm Statista to develop the new ranking, designed to highlight U.S. colleges and universities that offer strong value to students. Institutions were evaluated across three primary areas: student outcomes, learning environment and attractiveness to students.
The recognition adds to a growing list of national acknowledgments for East Texas A&M, including its recent 3.5-star rating in Money's 2026 Best Colleges rankings, which recognized the university for its combination of quality, affordability and student outcomes.
