Alana Lawless-Felarca Voted SLC Offensive Player of the Week

East Texas A&M University soccer midfielder Alana Lawless-Felarca was named the Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

Lawless-Felarca has earned her first career weekly honor, and it is the second for the Lions this season, as goalkeeper Veronica Pacione earned Goalkeeper of the Week honors on September 2.

With the Lions trailing 2-0 in the second half in the Lions’ SLC opener at Lamar, Lawless-Felarca scored twice in less than two minutes to help the Lions earn a crucial draw on the road to start conference play.
