I was initially drawn to the East Texas A&M University Superintendent Program due to the online, flexible format of the program.  As a busy professional with a full-time job and family commitments, the flexibility of the online program was very appealing to me. Additionally, the professors set this program apart due to their previous experiences in executive leadership roles. When the professor has lived in the role, the level of support and knowledge the students receive is exceptional.
