TAMUC Alum Selected to Obama Foundation Leaders Program

An alum of Texas A&M University-Commerce was recently one of 200 people worldwide selected to join the Obama Foundation's Leaders Program. Craig Starcher, a Texas-based consultant, was chosen from a highly competitive pool of more than 6,000 applicants. According to the foundation’s website, these leaders will join regional cohorts that reflect the global impact of the foundation's leadership network. Founded in 2014, the Chicago-based nonprofit’s mission is to inspire, empower, and connect people to change their world by building an active democratic culture where people are equipped and motivated to make change.
