ETSU Alum Named Little Rock Police Chief

East Texas State University alum Keith Humphrey was recently named police chief for Little Rock, Arkansas. Humphrey graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from ETSU, now A&M-Commerce.
