East Texas A&M Alum Kraig Knight Named EVP of Global Data Center Operations at Goodman Group

Alumnus Kraig Knight has been named executive vice president of global data center operations for Goodman Group. The company owns, develops, and manages logistics properties and data centers in major international cities.
According to a company press release, Knight brings more than 30 years of experience in data center operations to the role. He has held senior leadership positions at Amazon and Microsoft.
“Kraig will play a key role in advancing Goodman's global data center strategy and offering for customers,” said Goodman Group CEO Greg Goodman.
Goodman Group is currently developing data centers in 13 major cities worldwide. These facilities store and process large volumes of digital information. They are powered by a global energy capacity of 5.0 gigawatts. The company manages a real estate portfolio valued at $84 billion.
In the release, Knight described his new role as a “rare opportunity to complement a team experienced in the development of complex infrastructure.”
Knight earned his bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from East Texas A&M's College of Innovation and Design. He also holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
