
A&M-Commerce Nursing Program Attains High Marks for NCLEX-RN Results
The Department of Nursing at A&M-Commerce is one of 46 pre-licensure programs in Texas to earn a pass rate of 90% or above for the 2021 National Council Licensure Examination-RN (NCLEX-RN).
The NCLEX-RN tests the competency of nursing school graduates in the U.S. and Canada.
“There are 129 pre-licensure programs in Texas,” said Denise Neill, Ph.D., who serves as director of the nursing program. “Being one of only 46 programs with a pass rate above 90% on the NCLEX-RN is a testament to the amazing work our faculty and staff do each day to prepare our students for success.”
