Supporting the Functionality of the University

Our job is to keep you safe and comfortable in East Texas A&M’s facilities throughout campus. We provide crucial infrastructure support from utility and energy management to maintenance and repair.

Emergency Contact Information

After 5:00 p.m., during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays, call the University Police Department at 903.886.5868. Please be prepared to relay as much pertinent information as possible to the dispatcher so that the proper maintenance personnel can be dispatched.

Call 903.886.5868 to alert the University Police Department of fire or visible smoke.

The University Police dispatcher will call the appropriate emergency agency and dispatch an officer to the scene.

When fire alarms are activated, the University Police Department will respond.

During working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), call 903.886.5761 to reach the Facilities Office. The proper department will be notified to handle the situation.
