Important Notices
- All vehicles operated or parked on University premises must be registered with the University Police Department (UPD), and a valid permit must be visibly displayed.
- Permits for students, faculty and staff may be purchased in person at the Cashier windows in the McDowell Administration Building. Permits are also available online through myLEO.

Parking Permit Costs
Enrolled students, faculty and staff at East Texas A&M University must purchase permits to park on the Commerce campus. Permits are available on an annual or monthly basis.
Annual Permits
- Students: $120
- Faculty and Staff: $150
Annual permits will expire August 31, 2026.
Monthly Permits
- Students: $10
- Faculty and Staff: $13
