How do you help students at East Texas A&M?

I enjoy working with students to help them feel confident and informed as they navigate their academic journey. I strive to support students by providing them with accurate information, relevant resources, and personalized guidance to empower them in making informed decisions about their academic journey. I believe in a collaborative advising approach, where students take an active role in shaping their degree plan while receiving structured support and direction. My goal is to gradually build students' confidence and understanding of their academic options, enabling them to take ownership of their educational goals and long-term aspirations.

What do you like most about your career?

What I enjoy most about my career is the opportunity to help others. I find it rewarding to connect students with the resources and support they need to succeed. Being part of their academic journey and watching their confidence and independence grow over time is what makes this work meaningful to me.
