Celebrating an Extraordinary Life

The Joe Max Harbour Trust Endowment was created in loving memory of Joe, a cherished son and brother. Joe was a standout student and athlete at East Texas A&M University. The scholarship was founded to honor his life, to perpetuate his memory, and to express the family's deep appreciation for the teaching profession and the education Joe Max received from his university. The endowment was established by his parents, Paul and Nina, and his sister, Paula.
